Room was very clean

The walls were paper thin. I could hear the people around me during their intimate moments all hours of the night. The outside was not what I expected from a 4.7 hotel, it was more like 3.5. Inside was more professional. Buffet was mediocre at best, I wouldn’t call it a buffet since you had to ask for things instead of grab what you’d like.

Great location for us visiting family. Clean , comfortable, large room. We had the unfortunate experience of booking a room next to the conference room. (109). After an international flight, we were trying to rest in the room at 1 PM. The party going on next-door was a so loud we could record it from our bed. Management offered for us to change rooms, but we just arrived and unpacked after a 24 hour trip and didn’t feel like moving right then. Management also promised that the party would be over by 10 PM. That did not turn out to be true! After several, requests to management to shut it down with no effect, the party finally ended at midnight! Our request for a one night refund was allegedly referred to management and then there was no further contact reference that request.

Clean and modern facility, friendly staff, and decent hot breakfast. They went way above my expectation for a 2.5 star hotel.

It was pretty organized, clean, the breakfast was excellent. Have 0 complaints. Highly recommended it.

The breakfast was good. Did not like toilets and how they flush it took us a while to figure out. I also did not like they only had one staff member working, you could tell she was a bit overwhelmed but she was great and polite.

Very comfortable stay, nice clean room and smelled very good.
