Floors were sticky breakfast was horrible worse I have ever seen. I chose this location because I was not to familiar with the area but this is by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed at and smelled of Marijuana

No hot water for 3 days

The following morning, September 13, we walked out to the parking lot to find that multiple trucks had been broken into, including the vehicle of one of the families on my team. Windows smashed. Vehicles damaged. Personal belongings stolen. According to information we were given regarding the hotel’s surveillance footage, the individuals were in the parking lot breaking into vehicles for approximately 30 minutes beginning around 5:00 AM. But this is where our frustration really begins. We came downstairs around 7:00 AM. An officer was already at the hotel and, according to what we were told, had been there for more than an hour waiting for the owners of the damaged vehicles to come downstairs. The hotel staff already knew vehicles had been broken into. Yet as families came through the lobby for breakfast and prepared to leave, we were not notified. We didn’t find out until we walked outside and saw the shattered windows ourselves. Now the hotel does not want to provide surveillance to the police. Why?! Terrible experience and would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel!

There was no Wi-Fi for a day and the first room I got had a leakage. Additionally, there wasn’t any hot water for almost a day because of a gas leak. Breakfast dinner look as good as in other places that have stayed from the same chain.

Yes, they had a gas leak so for two days of my stay there was no hot water.

No hot water both nights of my stay. Offered $20 refund in total. Less than 10%. I have two big reasons for staying at a hotel: A hot shower, and sleep. I was missing half of what I paid for. Seemed to me the management chose to not pay whatever difference it would cost to get plumbers over the weekend. The staff tried to make it sound like nothing was to be done about it. It would have been nice to have known about this before I arrived that night so that I could have booked a different hotel. It seemed that the staff was not informed that the hot water was going to be off ALL weekend. I will avoid this and similarly branded places until my petty grudge has subsided. Had some actual attempt at making up for being a total failure at delivering basic amenities was made, I probably would be more forgiving as the place was clean and comfortable. Also, they chose to serve breakfast 30 minutes later on the weekend for whatever stupid reason making this amenity unavailable to me, as well, as I had work in the morning.

This is a nice, modern and well kept facility - better than the others in the neighborhood. Price varies at times and sometimes does not show up on Booking dot com.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff and a safe location. It’s also close to DFW. I had a great stay and will come back again
