Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas

The Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is so helpful and friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious! We loved everything about this hotel! I will definitely stay here again!

Amazing was an understatement

Location & non smoking hotel Nothing I didn’t like Loved the hotel & staff. However check out was surprisingly rigid. We requested a small extension to finish packing which was strictly denied which felt unwelcoming for a 5 star hotel.

Overall great stay. Complimentary service could be improved (IE arrival drinks/snacks, more special turn down)

Superb

Beds were not comfortable or the pillows. You can hear all the noise from the strip in your room

excellent all around

Very clean, no lines, helpful staff. Easy access to other hotels.

During our stay, our room was not serviced on two separate occasions. I understand that something can be missed once, but having it happen twice is unacceptable—especially because the second time I specifically spoke with the staff before leaving the hotel and asked them to please make sure our room was serviced. When we returned, it still had not been done. I was also disappointed with the hotel car service. I was told I could not use it because I needed to pay the driver directly, which felt very unclear and questionable for a Waldorf Astoria property. Before checking out yesterday, I personally raised these concerns with the front desk. I was told that a manager would call me that same day, but I never received a call or any follow-up. I chose the Waldorf Astoria because of its reputation for exceptional service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience did not live up to those expectations. The property itself is beautiful, but at this level of hotel and at this price point, I expected much better service, communication, and follow-through.

Incredible stay!

Exceptional

We loved everything about this hotel. It was her first time staying, and we won’t do it all over again.

Checking in was great and the staff were very friendly, asking about our plans and if we needed anything. Our room was beyond expected and the cleaning staff went above and beyond to keep it maintained each day. They even organized our toiletries and items we left about. We ate breakfast there each morning and that was great also!

Good..

I loved everything about it this is our new permanent hotel when we are out of town anywhere! The staff amazing, the amenities amazing and overall it was beautiful.
