The Reserve at Park MGM

The Reserve at Park MGM is a lovely hotel in a great location. The desk staff were really helpful and supportive as were those called from the room. My only issue is the check-in process was stressful & significantly delayed and only resolved by having to persitently ask for an update, which seemed to be the case for a few people. It's not acceptable delaying check in to the degree evident on pur arrival (1hr +) - if it's not possible to keep room prep to time then do not allow late checkouts. Our first evening was disrupted owing to the delay. The desk staff were helpful and we did receive some credit for the delay which was appreciated.

It was nice and private part of the larger Park MGM.lovely rooms and decor, staff were great

Great location to the airport. The rooms were beautiful with real hardwood floors and marble bathrooms. The room was quiet. We were in town for a concert at Dolby live which is located on the property so it made our stay very convenient. I was surprised by the quality of materials used in the room and the decor…very nice for a room in a Vegas The toilet is located away from the bedroom and not in the same location as the shower. A second toilet would have been nice located in the shower room making it a true full bath.

Quiet, luxurious and excellent staff Nothing

LOVED this place - well done! The only negative was the concert going on below our room that was CRAZY loud (even though it was indoors)

Put a microwave and refrigerator in the grand suite

Generally pretty good not exceptional like the Venetian That the craps tables only had one open and they were in the afternoon and they weren't going to open up another one that was disappointing we left and went to another casino in promptly lost $1000 each

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel and the Tram was super clean and convenient.

Superb

The Reserve at Park MGM and Park MGM are in the same building but at different floors. The Reserve lift entrance and hall way are too dark for me but the room itself is good. I like the brightness in Park MGM lift zone more.

Unlike other hotels where you can smell smoke passing the casino zone, this hotel is really smoke-free even in the gambling zone so clean air when walking in the hotel. This is one of the best hotels I have ever been! Everything was perfect!

The hotel was great! Very clean. The pool was nice. I love the casino is smoke free and Eataly is fun!

Exceptional

Hotel lighting is dim. It is their concept but I'd rather have bright ambience.

Very good

Amazing non smoking hotel
