Only the AC makes too much noise.

So when we arrived we were greeted by AJay, he was pleasant and helpful. We left the room for dinner came back and realized the deadbolt on the door was broken and only the extra metal flap was keeping the door closed but you could still open our door. We called down to see if we could change rooms but. No one answered around 10pm. We were in room 326. They had teams of students in the 4th floor walking jumping so much noise it kept us up all nigh t10pm -2am and again started around 4am -8am I couldn’t sleep and was there for a one day tournament which left me exhausted. We asked for late checkout and the front desk told us no. Then they had the manager follow up with our complaints and she said for us to contact Expedia for a refund and they would approve it. The room was not safe to be in. The beds and pillows were so comfy, the breakfast was great as well.

The staff are all very accomodating and always on happy smile and all the services are good and excellent. The food served for the breakfast are very nice. Wonderful stay and safe.

My room was clean and very comfortable. I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff as they were very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. The location was not the nicest as I had to walk everywhere I went and it was typically a long walk in the hot sun.

Hotel is nice and clean. Not to far from the strip and gated covered parking, which is nice since the hotel isn’t in the best of areas.

Gated parking, clean hotel and room, friendly staff. Our tv was not working and they immediately sent maintenance to fix.

The bed was so comfy and the room was very clean, even being a little older facility. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Secured parking was very important to us. The elevator was sooooo slow!
