Virgin Hotel Las Vegas, Curio Collection by Hilton

Excellent hotel rooms with super view of the city area and the beds were very comfortable. The price of the hotel was very reasonable. There were lots of restaurants and bars in the complex and a casino. The pools closed quite early 6pm. It was quite far from the strip and all of the action - you need to take an uber or have a car.

Clean, modern and friendly staff

A reasonable hotel at a reasonable price. Location was as expected, about 1 mile from the main strip which was a 10 minute bus ride or 20 min walk at most. We stayed 2 separate times for 2 nights each. Bathroom in the second room was a little small and tight when opening the shower door

Very clean property. Helpful and friendly staff. I loved the lighting in the room, the vanity, and the smart closet lights. The bed was super comfortable too. It smelled nice every where and the scent wasn't overpowering. And FREE PARKING...thank you. Definitely recommend! Honestly I've got no complaints!

No old Vegas hotel smoky smells, the overall design is very urban, young, and elegant. Everything in the room feels nice too. Well thought out design with extra door to close out the outside noise, super large towel for shower ans the bed is comfy.. If I have to pick on something, the couch is the only thing that is not very comfortable. Cute color and nice design, but not super comfortable.

Superb

Loved the restaurant by the pool. Staff everywhere were super friendly, even the cleaning staff we ran into in the halls. Great location and great food. I only wish we had a hot water kettle or coffee machine in our room.

Loved the suite and pool area. Check in could have been better. We booked a certain room and didn’t get the correct room at first. We had to come back down to the desk and was told we had to wait for the room. They said we would get a text when it was available and never did. We went back 1 and a half hours later and was told it was available. We sat in the lobby waiting for the 1 and a half hours which was past the check in time. If my husband wouldn’t have went and checked, I don’t know how long we would have sat there. That being said, the rest of the trip was excellent and we would definitely stay at the property again. Bonus, parking was free.

What Virgin did to the pool area is criminal. What was once one of the largest and greatest pool & cabana experiences in Las Vegas has been reduced to a mud puddle surrounded by artificial turf. Incomprehensible. They took their greatest asset and turned it into a laughing stock. The center bar, once the meeting place for the entire town, is gone. The table game action, once the haven for Hollywood & Rock legends, has been reduced to less than 20 tables. I'll never go back.

Room was spacious and modern. However walls are thin and you can hear the people next door coughing. Room amenities not well maintained (the ironing board I had could barely be brought up to full height). Opal tower is a 5 min walk from lobby and not convenient. Rideshare stand also not convenient

The room was spacious, quiet and bed comfortable We had food at pool bar. It took over and hour then food cold. We took it back to then have to wait another 3/4hr to find the food still cold . Expected better food at a virgin hotel. Also no tea making facilities in room.
