Was in odd place and not making it a comfortable night to sleep.

The front desk staff, the maintenance worker and the cleaning ladies were kind and excellent. The property is completely run down. It was over 100degrees outside and the lobby was hot, the front desk clerks were using a fan to cool off. The breakfast area was muggy and made it feel grungy and unappetizing, the phones didn’t work, the ac was falling apart, the cleaning products they were made to use smelled terrible not clean, the rugs were dirty. The towels were hard. Don’t stay!

Room and property well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful, but several ice makers were out of service.

Elevator not working, pool closed, AC stopped working at 8PM, batheroom sink and shower were a trickle.

The hallways could use better lighting, and the elevator feels dated—I assume it may be updated soon. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent. The location is great, just across the mall, and has enough parking space.

I found to be old without proper mantaince. The elevator was deteriorated and the ice machine made too much noise in the hallways
