Everything worked and was easy to use. Many hotels now make mystery light switches and mystery showers.

The breakfast was so thoughtful!! They had PUMPKIN SPICE waffle batter and apple toppings!! It was such a FALL Vibe!!! I loved it!!!!

Clean Lobby coffee qnd hot water were not being attended and staff didn’t care. It was out all day and tasted nasty not even hot it was room temperature/

Asking so many questions about my service animal made me sign a paper and at the end still charged me for it

Love the room. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However around the property the trash cans were always over flowing. Needs some outside clean up.

coffee was great, unfortunately the people on the floor above me were very loud for 3 nights. I didn't complain... but was very tires

There was nothing to like about the property. Not clean at all. The toilet seat wouldn't stay open, the bathroom faucet was installed backwards, and the microwave plate kept stopping instead of rotating while heating food. The washing machine didn't work properly and wouldn't dry clothes, and the dryer door wouldn't stay closed. There were a lot of issues throughout the stay, but the biggest disappointment was the price. It was extremely expensive for the condition of the property and definitely not worth the money.

My daughter thought she left her phone in our room. When I called the front desk, they were so helpful and went to look for it right away.
