It was so clean and you gave us lots of goodies

modern appearance. friendly staff. helpful I wanted a walk-in shower/ not a bathtub- not a wheelchair access. I know they offer tub/showers which I didn't want. I don't and can't step over a bathtub to get into the shower. They gave me a wheelchair access room which was not necessary

Our room was great, staff was great too. This may not apply to all but the mini fridge inside the room wasn’t cold. It took a more than whole day just for waters to get cold. Other than that, would recommend to stay.

Pros - clean room, comfortable bed. Cons - no blackout curtains available. Hallway light was shining in the room throughout the night which made it difficult to wind down as someone who likes complete darkness while sleeping. Staff could've been friendlier as well.
-
Did not give me the room I paid for. Front desk did not even pretend to act like they cared. Won’t be staying here again.

I don’t like that I paid a security deposit and they still have not gave it back. It has been over a week and I called them and instead of giving me back the money I was charged again and I still haven’t received that and it’

The room itself was beautiful. My only gripe is that for a pet friendly hotel, there is no grass on the property.

Location, breakfast Noise, possibly bed bugs, expensive overnight parking

Rated 4 star. It's not. Similar reviews confirming this are supressed. Badly overrepresnting!

Great hotel and great customer service

. No air conditioning, hot in both rooms. Then there were ants. It was an uncomfortable stay and I’ll never stay there again.

The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located right off the 5 freeway, with easy access to the Irvine Spectrum Center. The bed was soft and comfortable, the blankets were cozy, and the AC worked very well. Overall, the room itself was comfortable for a short stay. The bathroom setup was the biggest issue. There was no door separating the bathroom area, including the toilet and shower, from the rest of the room, so there was essentially no privacy. This might be okay for one person, but I would not recommend this room setup for families or anyone wanting bathroom privacy. The shower also had no curtain, which allowed a lot of steam into the room and caused the fire alarm to go off twice during our stay. This was extremely frustrating, and we were disappointed that the staff did not offer any real assistance or solution. The pool was also quite small, and we were disappointed that there was no jacuzzi.
