It's a basic hotel good for short stays. Breakfast is minimal. No hot entrees or seating.

The only thing I liked was when I asked for a refund the staff checked the room and said yes we will give you the refund

The man at the front desk was nice. When we pulled up there were two men working on a broken down car right in the front parking lot. And when I say broken down, the car was half taken apart. It was very late, past 12AM and I was traveling with two 13 year old girls, which made me feel uncomfortable. The room was extremely outdated and there were no towels or soap or anything we would need for a compfortable stay.

We reported the problems to the front desk immediately after checking in. Mohamed told us they would be fixed the next day. Nothing was fixed. We requested another room, but the two alternatives we were shown either smelled disgusting or had other major problems. Also on the second day, we contacted the manager, Mark, to request a refund and an early checkout. He promised a FULL refund by check in the mail. When we met with him the following day, he changed his position and would only agree to a partial refund. More than a week later, we still have not received ANY refund. Taking payment upfront, leaving a family with young children in these conditions, and then backing away from a promised refund is completely unacceptable. This was a miserable experience, made worse by management’s handling of it. I would never stay here again or recommend this property.

The style of the room Hard to keep doors open because I use a walker doors should be able to be placed open and close them when done I liked the accessible shower but it needs a removable shower bench or chair

Place is so dirty. Sink was clogged. It was 3 of us in the room, and were only given two bath towels. When we asked for more, they said we had to turn in the used ones before we could get an additional towel. WTH?

My room was canceled when I arrived. I won't stay there again.

Lower price during holiday brought us here, but the description and photos weren't on point. Breakfast was just coffee or a granola bar. Not a deal breaker. The problem started with checking in and finding out our room was the only one with no working television. The hallway reeked of cigarettes, and the carpeting was visibly dirty. The floor in the room hadn't been mopped or swept. The bathroom had rust rings in toilet and tub. The AC worked. The bed was comfortable enough. Just wish it had been cleaner and the room had a working TV. Staff was pleasant enough.

I had problems when opening the door I had to go to the reception ask for help,

No amenities, dangerous shower, no one at the front desk during the day, and our door wouldn't latch closed.

The room was OK, the phone did not work so I had to go to the front desk to get my pots and pans

Furniture was old and showing signs of wear and tear, including the kitchen.
