Hampton Inn by Hilton Irvine East - Lake Forest

Nice and clean as usual. Hampton always gets the nod for decent price and great breakfast buffet.

My room could have used a cleanser in my shower. The porcelan was not white.

Breakfast was great with expanded hours each day. A little far from our daily destination.

had a bad stay, there was a roach in our room and we couldn’t find it. luckily the front desk was helpful with moving us to a different room. the first room was muggy and felt off. there were some stains in the sheets. elevator was sketchy, it felt unsafe. breakfast was disgusting. wouldn’t stay here again to be honest

Unfortunately, the inside felt outdated, and the cleanliness needs attention. When I went to the gym the following day, there were no towels or cleaning wipes, and the machines were dirty. I shared photos of these issues. The gym needs to be cleaned and restocked regularly. I also had difficulty communicating with some staff in the breakfast area, which made it harder to ask for help. I appreciate the warm welcome we received, but the condition and upkeep of the facilities fell short of our expectations.

The hotel overall was okay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the pool was good, the only downsides is that our room door wouldn’t open right away and the bed was a bit uncomfortable. We couldn’t really rest as much as we wanted.

Booking.com not notifying me that my reservation not completed. I received an invoice but when I arrived I did not have rooms. Apparently my CC did not go thru, even i thought I was paying on site.overall not a good experience

People working at the check in desk were very helpful and kind :) Perfect distance from great park among other spots near by. great price for what you’re getting!

Close proximity to shops and services. Staff very helpful and polite. It’s looking a bit faded and well-worn in certain areas.

The facility was nice and the staff was great! The walls are a bit thin. The couple next door woke up my family at 4 a.m. and were super loud.
