Residence Inn Marriott Airport

Lobby was excellent, very clean , Room was very nice , I just found towel’s dingy and stained , Also found couch dingy and stained. Every thing else was great !

Very nice staff. Great rooms. Nice breakfast

A little get away for daughter and granddaughter

The property is most definitely not being taken care of. All of the outdoor activities like pool area and sitting areas look as if they havent been touched or cleaned in years. Rooms have a smell, house keeping gave us hell when asked for trash bags, said they were low. Room had no toilet paper. The sofa sleeper needs to be tossed. Springs poke and is very thin. Overall the price is way too expensive for what you get. We wont be back.

Exceptional

Everything

Overall, the hotel is extremely outdated and the rooms smell. Had to move rooms as the original one was extremely moldy and smelled like moisture. Cannot be good for anyone’s health! My sons allergies immediately activated, and he had runny nose and eyes. I was grateful to the staff for the ability to provide accommodations and move us immediately once I mentioned the room was very muddy and smelled. The rooms are not clean and the light in the bathroom is very dark. Everything is very outdated. The laundry on site was very convenient however, the facility itself was dirty. We did not use the gym facility, but it looked nice from what I could see. The pool was small, but the kids loved it. we stayed a total of seven days and breakfast seemed to get worse by the day. Constantly out of items, condiments, and the trashcan was full to the brim by 8:30 AM where you could not even throw your own trash away.

This was a great place to stay. The little kitchen was very helpful. The lady at the front desk helped me with places to eat.

Clean room with great staff when we had a problem

Cleanliness and decor. Nothing

Good staff no issues had a nice stay

Passable

The room is clean and comfortable. It is also very quiet. It is a short drive to find some place to eat or go to the mall. Really loved the heated swimming pool and hot tub next to it. However, it seems that a group of people rented some rooms for the weekend so they could use the pool for a pool party. The pool was overcrowded and we could not use it Saturday. It's also had more noise that Friday night.

Excellent. Give me this one again.

very nice room and breakfast was good. The weekend breakfast lady was super sweet!

Everything we needed was at our fingertips

Breakfast was the downer. Unlike other Residence Inn's, no waffles. Just scrambled eggs every day.

Pleasant

Professional staff, clean rooms fully furnished kitchen, well maintained small pool yet, they do have a hot tub to make up for the size of pool...I would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nice area Phone didn’t work had to walk to front desk for everything needed
