The carpet in the hallways is very dirty, and if you don't request service for the next day, I ask for extra towels, and housekeeping sends me to the front desk to pick them up.

TV didn't work. Hallways stink and staff hate their jobs. Spend more money and stay away from this hell of a place.....

habia una cucaracha en recepcion cuando baje a preguntar algo lo que quiere decir que no han fumigado. El hotel es bonito pero muy antiguo con equipos muy viejos. Las conecciones en mi cuarto de los equipos no eran correctos ya que el aire acondicionado se podian ver los cables en el piso (habitacion 618) y atras del mini bar habia una regleta colgando donde tenian mas cosas conectadas. El tema de la limpieza diaria por housekeeping no es muy bonito porque uno debe solicitarla cada noche si la necesitara el dia siguiente. Desayuno muy limitado y en Expedia dice que es buffet normal y cuando llegue me dijeron que es continental. El sofa cama era muy incomodo pues se sentian los resortes y esto creo que pueden cambiarlo por uno nuevo. Los sillone de mi sala estaban manchados. Estuvo ok mi estancia pero pueden mejorar en estos aspectos que no les tomara mucha inversion

Great location and amenities. Rooms are a bit outdated and the bathtub was not very clean with some dirt spots still visible. But overall okay for a quick stay and in room amenities included a refigerator and microwave, which is always convenient.
