Residence Inn by Marriott La Mirada Buena Park

The hotel itself was nice. The amenities made it convenient. The fact that it had the full kitchenette was extremely convenient and helpful.

Great place great staff. Good breakfast

Excelente servicio muy limpio y organizado

The hotel was amazing it had a kitchen with all utensils a microwave and with the refrigerator which was bigger than expected. This place was clean and very big with a fire place. They had lots of towels and rags everything you need while away from home. It was a lovely stay. I recommend this place to everyone. They had continental breakfast was amazing too lots to choose from. I will come again and would advise anyone to choose this place. 10/10 for me. Great stay. The Parking was right in front too. I love it. The staff was humble too very nice. I had an enjoyable stay.

Best Hotel Ever

Everything was good

no

Not clean, amenities were not available, parking issues.

Buen servicio es buen lugar

I think they need to improve on cleaness

1. When we arrived for check in, they informed us they would be having their parking lot redone and that we would have to park offsite two businesses away. Mind you, we were on a family vacation with 3 kids to walk back and forth. Had this been advertised before we booked the room, we would have went elsewhere. 2. The cleanliness was poor. Windowsills were full of dirt/dust and dead bugs. Our room was full of ants. We called the desk to report it and ask for a bug killer spray and nobody ever showed up. We went out ourselves and bought it. We are on our way back to our home state now and we are still killing ants! Disgusting! When checking out I mentioned the ants again to the front desk and the lady said verbatim, "OH. I'll let management know." Poor experience! Would never recommend!

The desk support that worked from 3pm to 11pm was amazing and very supportive and informative on everything.

Overall stay was good. A few minor issues with the room and laundry room but will return.

Nice place to stay

It feels home away from home. Rooms are clean as well as the kitchen and bathroom. We got 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has bathroom. If you’re planning to go to the pool, bring a towel coz there’s no available towel at the pool area. The jacuzzi pool needs to be clean. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Parking is free. I recommend this place.

We checked in to the property July 4 and the AC in our hotel room was not working. The room was 80 degrees F. I called the front desk and 45 min later the facilities man came and said the pipes had frozen and we had to run the heat for another 30 min to get it fixed. I asked for another room which I was granted, but that smelled very smokey and I did not want my young kids in that room. I left after less than 2 hours and asked for a refund. I am still waiting on my refund as the hotel and booking can not communicate and I am having to be the middle man between the 2 and they still can’t communicate. Beware of this hotel and especially don’t use booking for this because if you have any issues they will not help you

It was great for parking space and staff.

Great location dog friendly I love the property

My family and I stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend, and we had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding customer service. Summer at the front desk was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of great options to choose from, and the parking was extremely convenient with lots of available spaces, making it completely stress-free. It’s not often that you find a hotel that gets everything right, but this one certainly did. The combination of a clean room, excellent amenities, and exceptional staff made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

Big parking lots of room in the back for parking. Upper and lower level rooms
