Staff was very friendly. Kid friendly environment and rooms were clean. Continental breakfast was provided.

Breakfast was good. Lots of choices from fresh fruit, hot food, to pastries. Did not use pool, looked ok. Exterior property clean. Lobby clean. Our room clean but needed some serious TLC maintenance. Toilet paper roll shoved into hole in wall, with toilet paper rack holding it in. Mud n tape would have cleaned it up nicely plus paint on door where obvious break in of bathroom.

Breakfast had a nice selection but no potato option. The night bistro has a very limited offering. The bbq wings albeit big and you get six for $10, they were cold. Thankfully the room had a microwave!

The location is convenient, very close to I-40. Aas it is so close, there is a moderate noise level associated with the traffic but manageable. I will stay with you again when transitting New Mexico on I-40. Thanks to the staff!

The room felt dated and the beds were quite hard with microfiber sheets that smelled strongly of bleach\laundry detergent.

Our stay was excellent! The room was clean, and the staff made sure that we had what we needed to be comfortable (My husband is disabled and needed a shower chair). The staff was amazing and kind- absolutely every staff member that we encountered, from the front desk to the ladies serving breakfast, and everyone in between.

The room was clean and the property was close to the historic area of Kingman. Decor is a bit dated.

This was the cleanest hotel on our entire vacation that consisted of many other hotels. The staff was super friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. The breakfast had many options available. It was a great stay!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Clarion hotel. The rooms were spotless. They smelled wonderful, very clean and tidy, and I felt right at home in my room. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were helpful and kept the place very clean and organized and stocked. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Kingman who wants a clean, friendly hotel with wonderful amenities and very friendly, helpful staff. Note: I spoke to one of the cleaning ladies regarding how clean the rooms were and she thanked me and said that the hotel treated them very well. It is wonderful. The Hill staff speak so highly of the company that takes care of them. Five stars!

It also had a pillow case that had crusty funk on it. The a/c took foooorever to cool the room down. The photos look better than in real life.
