We have stayed at this Best Western several times when we travel because we know that we will have great conditions & friendly staff.

Upon arrival our room reso was cancelled due to a broken A/C unit. Worst part was there was no other rooms available. It took 6 stops at other hotels to find one that had a room. The desk manager was super nice but could not refund us since we booked thru Expedia. Expedia refund took 2 days. Very fast. Thank you

Breakfast was great! The room was nice and the whole area is pretty quiet. Would stay again no surprises.

AC was broken in our room. They said they could not contact us regarding this. I added if they had a y other rooms...nope, had just sold the last room right before we pulled in. Now you knew we were coming...why wouldnt they hold that room for us? Very disappointed!

Everything from checking, to newly renovated rooms, excellent breakfast and helpful staff, was commendable! Laundry on sight.

Very good experience. Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Best breakfast for a buffet style. Even had fresh fruit— strawberries and grapes. Parking was easy

Josh did an excellent job upgrading us to a suite when all the king rooms were full, although we had a king reserved. It did take 20 minutes due to managers not answering Josh’s phone calls when he needed manager confirmation for the change. That being said it was a pleasant stay. We were there less than 12 hrs

Toilets were very low. Hard for older folks to get up from. No grab bars for support, unsafe. Beds were comfortable but a bit too high off floor. Room’s were clean, staff helpful, breakfast was good. Over all a good place to stay. Will consider again for next trip.
