Home2 Suites by Hilton Kenner New Orleans Airport

I really enjoyed my stay. Jeremy was so accommodating, when checking in. The entire staff was amazing! Housekeeping is definitely on their job. It’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was cleaner than most Marriott let me finish this properties. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Jeremy, the check-in staff, was incredibly accommodating. The entire staff was exceptional! The housekeeping team is truly dedicated to maintaining the hotel’s pristine condition. It’s the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, even cleaner than most Marriotts I’ve visited.

safe place

Very nice, professional staff, and great facility.

We stay at this location every time we visit New Orleans. Five Stars all the way around! Looking forward to our next stay

5 minutes from the airport. Charged for parking even though I took an Uber.

Everything was really good. We enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed my stay here. I was skeptical about the location at first, but it’s actually not too bad. It’s a great place to stay if you have a car and don’t mind driving in and out of the city, and close to the airport with shuttle to meet those needs. There were a few weird hidden fees, but nothing too outrageous.

Jeremy at the front desk was wonderful! The rooms are huge. Our tv didn’t work.

Very spacious room in a nice location I truly enjoyed this sui

The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious

It's one of the newer hotels (five years old I believe). I am very susceptible to mold so newer and mold-free is a requirement to travel. It appeared to be good, even in Lousiana. Close to airport. Great setup with full kitchen for longer stays. Great rollout extended desk area for working as well. Beds were comfy. Pillows were thin, down-type, which I hate because your head sinks to the mattress. I could pile them all up and my would sink and the pillows wrap around your face. Most hotels seem to have these and I'm not sure why. My recommendation to hotel is to have normal cotton-filled ones as well that actually hold your head up...and your back if you're propped up in bed. I didn't use any amenities but gym and lounge area looked great. Would stay here again!

Amazing hotel! Very clean with HUGE rooms.

Every thing was nice

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable 👍👍

I wish the sheets fit the mattress better. They came off the head of the bed every night.

It was a peaceful stay!

Property was clean, the room was clean. The staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the stay there very much.

The property is clean, well-maintained, the room was spacious and loaded with amenities. The AC was not noisy, which it is in many places these days. My floor at the hotel was quiet as well. The bed was very comfortable. The fitness center was well equipped with everything I needed to get a good full body workout. Overall it was a very good experience.
