Terrible staff if you’re looking for a Doubletree or Hilton resort try somewhere else
-
The staff (especially the shuttle drivers) were friendly and supportive.
-
Lobby. Shuttle. Room was good. Room maintenance. The sink faucet was loose, the tub was slippery. The drain stopper was not in place. The drain itself was missing the crossbar the allows the drain plug to be installed. Finish work in bath is tacky.

The staff was nice The room smell like milk dew and the bathroom door would slammed shut behind u when u went to bathroom Our key kept messing up and wouldn’t let us in a lot
-
The from desk was excellent. Everyone of them. I can't remember their names. I didn't get a chance to use my appetizer coupon.

Location to airport is excellent. Clean hotel and very friendly staff
-
Pool hours clearly state open until 10pm. However they were closers hours prior. It stopped my sons and I from swimming

The airport shuttle driver was waiting for us when we came down and we arrived for our flight in a timely manner.

I had a wonderful stay holiday inn in Kenner it was worth the cost and the staff was very helpful, respectable and reliable

I recommend this location whenever you need to come to NOLA. It is very close to the airport, awesome restaurants and fast food eating places and if you are a gambler, it’s less than 10 minutes away. Very safe and clean environment. Will stay again and again!

It was clean and great.

This hotel stay stared off horribly due to luggage issues at the airport but the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The shuttle staff gave me multiple rides back and forth from hotel to airport to attempt to retrieve my luggage which I was unable to do so, then the shuttle driver gave me a ride to and from Walmart to get clothes and essentials I needed to complete my cruise. Everyone that I encountered were nothing but friendly and helpful throughout my stay. 10 out of 10
