Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Orleans Airport South by IHG

Very comfortable room, great breakfast and convenient airport shuttle. TV remote didnt work but minor inconvenience

All hotels should send their staff to this Holiday Inn Express for customer service training. Everyone we worked with was over the top friendly and helpful, while maintaining a professional demeanor. Check in, check out, and shuttle was a breeze!!!

We checked in latel around 9 o'clock, the parking lot was full, and they wanted $10 for parking, which I thought was petty. After they were the most expensive hotel in that area got to the room. No hot water next morning, no. Hot water

The woman that checked us in was wonderful. The man that worked the desk that evening and the next day should be fired!! I called and asked for 1 additional pillow and he said they didn’t have any!! The next afternoon I went to the desk to inquire about a ride to the rental car for drop off, I was told by the woman who checked us in that they would take us. The man told us the shuttle driver reported off and there wasn’t anyone to drive. I asked about a ride the next morning at 5 am and he said he didn’t know if anyone would be available. We would have to see in the morning. I asked him if he would notify me so I could make other plans and he said no. So their lack of a shuttle costs us $50. The last thing was that we got back to our room on the second day at 5:30 pm and no one had cleaned our room. So stay somewhere else and save money and headaches

Front desk staff was awesome, I think her name was Le Jean, or something. She was super helpful. Gym was clean. Room was clean. Breakfast was good.

First vacation I ever took in my adult life and I came home with bed bugs. After reading about them and learning how they work, all I do is cry.

Not a lot of food choices close by

This property is close to New Orleans Airport and it is very well staffed and maintained.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, we have stayef here several times usually under my husbands account. We always enjoy our stay here, everyone we encountered are alwsys nice and helpful. Comfortsble clean rooms and good selections for breakfast. Housekeeper Ingrid was so sweet getting a crib setup for my infant grandson. Keep up the good work, we will be back. sometimes the sports bar have events and you can't park on the property. That's the only downside, hotel guests have to park across the street in another business parking lot.

The lady at check in was awesome. We had 2 rooms and she put in the same floor and upgraded the adult room. Greet location. We went to Dots Diner down the street for dinner. It was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Good options. Just not for us. The king room was clean and cold. It was like a corner room and so nice. The double room was big too and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

You have to "pay for parking the lot is open and they did not check in my plate or anything so what is the point who manages who parks or not why the need for the charge?

Rooms were clean and spacious

We had a nice stay. We traveled from Florida to go and watch the LSU game. We left our room around 6:30 am and didn’t get back until almost 2am the next morning. When we got back our hotel room door was open. It seems the cleaning person left it cracked open with the actual top door latch. Thankfully nothing seems to be missing, but disappointed that happened.

The property was nice, quiet & clean. The airport shuttle guy Tommy was absolutely the best! He is so nice, friendly & helpful. He assisted me so much due to my disability. The shuttle will take you to the store or out to eat within 5 miles of the hotel for free. He recommended & took me to a restaurant called Copelands and it was delicious. Tommy also helped to get my room moved from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor which was much closer to the front desk. All of the other employees were also friendly & helpful and I would definitely stay here again.
