Best Western Plus New Orleans Airport Hotel

The property is brand new with everything clean and in excellent condition. The staff was warm, friendly, and very helpful.

I paid for 4 rooms and when my employees checked into the property they were told that they had to pay for their own rooms even though all the rooms had been already paid for though expedia. Their credit cards were charged and when I called the front desk to address the issue, I was told that a manager would call, which never happened. Finally after I called back 2 hours later, I was told the manager had taken care of the matter and reimbursed the guests. However, No one ever called me back and I had to make 3 separate calls to get the matter handled. very frustrating.

Convenience of location and parking was good. Good breakfast and housekeeping. Have nothing bad to say about it except the water pressure in the shower.

From beginning to end the place was awesome! The room was really clean with a very comfortable bed and pillow! Shower pressure was decent [I've had better] but the breakfast was awesome I really have no complaints I will stay here again!

The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly.

The place was decent but the customer service and staff was horrible !!! The lady checked us in had attitude from the beginning. While the accommodations themselves were satisfactory, the customer service provided by the staff was highly unprofessional. Upon arrival, the front desk agent responsible for our check-in exhibited a dismissive and adversarial attitude, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than guests. Furthermore, when asked for her name to properly document the encounter, she refused to provide it.

The room was clean enough, though the bedding was stained and so was the furniture, I’m sure with age. Bathroom was clean and so were the towels. Smelled a little like cigarettes in my room and someone left a bag over the smoke detector so they were definitely smoking in that room.

对酒店的各方面服务都很满意。

No

The staff wasn't very friendly. The person checking us in was not very amicable and was borderline rude.

Exceptional

Clean room

It felt like a sauna when I walked in the room. Bed was uncomfortable not like usual BW. Breakfast .... How do you mess up grits?... Not usual experience.

Enjoyed our stay but please DO NOT let that person try and prepare the breakfast.. that breakfast was nasty .

Great location close to airport. Clean, quiet stay at a great price
