This is an awesome place with an awesome host. Breakfast was unique but good. Want a great place to stay walking distance to downtown this is it. Amazing

Nice old house with history. Our room was the smallest I have ever stayed in at a bed and breakfast. The staircase was narrow and steep to the second floor. Breakfast was fine. It was over a mile walk to town center so a bit of a hike for some people.

Kelli, owner and host, could not have been any nicer! We enjoyed our stay and regret not planning a longer stay.

It was a lovely old building. It was quiet. The folks who own and run it, Kelly, Matthew and their son Bobby were wonderful. It could use some warm decorating touches in the rooms, like fresh flowers and toiletries such as shower gel, shampoo and body lotion.

Great service, warm welcome and great breakfast. Bobby was our terrific young man waiter. Go Bobby.

The owners are wonderful. They offered to pick us up after a wedding if we couldn't find an Uber the bed-and-breakfast was great highly recommend.

The B&B is charming, the rooms and bathroom and clean and comfortable, the staff is incredibly friendly and the breakfast was absolutely incredible. Good location, only a short walk to the town center. Highly recommend and hope to stay again sometime!

It is a lovely place. A beautiful inn. Our bedroom was very comfortable. The hosts were warm and friendly. A lovely Maine breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this inn. The room and bathroom were good-sized and very clean. We had easy access to anything we might need! Katherine was so kind and welcoming. And our breakfasts were absolutely amazing! We had to leave early the first morning for a whale watching tour and we were so nicely accommodated with delicious homemade muffins and smoothies to go! And then our second morning we had a full three course breakfast that rivaled any five star restaurant! The property is about a 15 minute walk from town so we easily went back-and-forth each day. We would highly recommend this inn for anyone staying in Kennebunkport!

I’m so glad that we booked to stay at this gorgeous place. It’s in a beautiful setting just a few minutes walk to the port. The Hampton room was amazing and so comfortable, everything had been thought through with detail. The host was very helpful and the breakfast was made from scratch, proper coffee, a fruit smoothie, artisan bread and a baked omelette. To finish we had a homemade fresh cream scone with strawberries, all beautifully presented.. We were leaving for the airport that morning and it set us up for the day.

The house is incredible, the rooms were fantastic, the food was simple yet delicious, and you couldn’t ask for more beautiful views from the front yard. The wonderful host and her canine friend really made the whole experience. Nothing. It was perfect!

    Nothing. It was perfect!

Wonderful old country house in beautiful quiet location. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making us an early breakfast on the day we had to leave to go Whale watching. We would have liked our towels to be replaced daily as they remained damp overnight and were not pleasant to use the following day.

Superb location. Easy and beautiful walk to downtown to avoid all the parking hassle there. Staff is out of this world and the breakfast, we want to go back just for that!!!
