Kings Port Inn

The location in town was perfect with great parking in close proximity to our room. The king-size bed was very comfortable and the breakfasts were beyond our expectations and enjoyable. The only down side was that the bathroom was very small, but I'm 6'4" so it might be OK for someone not as large as I am. Also, the price was right and fair for what was available and provided during our stay.

Great location to walk around Kennebunkport, Colony Beach, etc. Just enough out of the way to not get stuck in traffic. Easy to locate-just on the corner. Parking was not a problem in the fall. Very friendly staff. Rooms were clean, Liked that there was fresh coffee in the evening and hot water for tea or cocoa. Front staff made great food recommendations. Made to order waffles for breakfast was a nice touch.

Easy stay in the heart of the Kennebunks. Spacious, clean room with friendly outgoing staff. Ample free parking onsite.

This is a Gem of a hotel right on Dock Square. Our room was spacious and wife loved the decor. Hospitality was top notch and parking very convenient. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended!

The inn managers were both polite and professional, and they gave us some great recommendations during our stay. We also have to mention the made-to-order waffles each morning. They were phenomenal and definitely something we looked forward to each day! We really appreciated the included parking and the location. Being within walking distance of so many places made it really convenient, especially while traveling with a toddler and not wanting to get back in the car for every outing. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we had a really enjoyable stay overall. King’s Port Inn was a great home base for our first trip to Kennebunkport, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here. We had a fun trip and will definitely be back!

Nice clean room that was large and had plenty of seating. Conveniently located in the middle of everything.

Stayed two nights and room was not cleaned in between. Parking was great! Rooms a bit dated but clean. Staff was very nice.

Kings Port Inn is just lovely. The room was decorated beautifully. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Also free parking and a a nice breakfast. Front desk staff were very helpful and professional. 5 stars all the way.

We had a great first trip to Maine and our stay at the hotel was perfect. The staff was super friendly upon arrival and gave us a map and recommended several restaurants. The deluxe king was super spacious with plenty of storage space. Bathroom was updated with a great shower! The free breakfast was just ok. It was super busy and hard to move around but the free coffee was worth it! The best part was the location! Right down town and a perfect place to stay to walk through the town!

Great location. Nice to have free parking. Also, I loved the scent of the soaps/shampoo in the room. *There are no elevators, but there are only 2 floors.

The Inn is well located in the middle of the port area with easy walking access to the shops and restaurants. Our room was lovely and very clean. The included breakfast was tasty, with freshly made- to -order waffles!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kingsport Inn. It was a great location to walk all over Kennebunkport. We did not partake of the morning breakfast because it was pretty much continental except for the waffles and we are not big on waffles. That being said, that was not a dealbreaker. The location it easy to get in and out of town as we did other touring locally. It’s right across the street from a French bakery so that was convenient. You also were able to walk to Mike’s all day restaurant and that was fabulous. We walked all over town to shops and restaurants and really enjoyed our time in Kennebunkport, I would stay here again in a heartbeat, especially with the fact that parking was available and convenient.
