Staff was so friendly and the property was spotlessly clean!

At the desk I was informed I would be charged an extra $1500 for parking my car and apparently for being there. I’ve booked other Hampton Inn through Expedia and not had this problem The one shining example was from the staff who cleaned our rooms. Friendly, very competent and accessible. They were the best my wife and I have ever experienced in our travels. Thank you to them.

Location close to Daniel Inouye International Airport. Close to beach and shopping. Nice area. Breakfast is not great. Would rather go out to eat. Momona’s Bakery is very good and walking distance. Other than breakfast, the hotel is good. Would recommend.

Paradise. Such a majestic atmosphere at this hotel. The decor was perfect with animals around the property. The game room was a big hit with my kids. The location was great.

Our room was well designed. The front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were so nice with service above and beyond. Breakfast was good every day. The ocean view was great. Swimming pool wonderful!

The beach is convenient but water looked very dirty! The view of the cargo containers was also a negative. It’s very close to the airport so very convenient!

The hotel was nice but we booked oceanfront room and paid extra but we still got first floor pool view. We asked for an room exchange but they didn’t have any cleaned room. But breakfast was good!

The room itself was nice, clean, and comfortable. However, the soundproofing was extremely poor. Noise from the neighboring rooms and road was clearly audible throughout the night, making it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, I could barely get any sleep at all.
