Room was spatious but some what dates. That is all fine with me though. I rate pleasantness of staff to be pretty high and the lady running desk in the morning when I checked out on 9/17 was straight up rude. No bones about it. I was ready to start my day cheering since I had gotten a lot in the week and was going to head home happy. She needs to be reminded that we are paying customers and not some grunt as she had a a very military like tone to her. Resign to the night shift then. Bad management for a bad hire.

Very helpful staff but place was a bit run down & room worn & not as tidy as expected. Very convenient to shopping, dining & cruise terminals. Right next door to great museum.

Water view room also had a highway view with all-night noise, bathtub water would not turn off, room was very hot at night and thermostat could not be adjusted.

Floors were filthy. Heater didn't work. Had to borrow 2 heaters for each room as it was very cold during our stay.

Not a lot of affordable choices in Juneau. It served our purpose. For the price they could include breakfast.

We loved the fact that it was a very short walk from the museum and town. Nice to have a good restaurant right there too. But the proximity to the sights in town was the best feature.

This is a very old hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night before a cruise and it was fine. Attached restaurant was convenient for breakfast. Food was good. Worked out perfectly for us.

We enjoyed our stay in Ramada.Location was great,close to town and on waterfront.Rooms were great and restaurant was ok.we can recommend it !

Very run down hotel. Check in was fine but rooms were from another era. Beds were OK but bathrooms, windows and general condition of the property was poor.

In addition, this hotel advertises a “gym” which consisted of a couple cardio machines. Nothing else. If you make hotel decisions based on gym access, do not book here! (In addition to the other issues noted above).
