Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro

Nice beds, clean, safe room on first floor. Good location. Nice staff, no check-in issues. Wifi was good. Late checkout appreciated. Breakfast is not free and the buffet did not look like it was worth the price. Pool was OK except the pool ladder was in poor repair with the bottom rung possibly dangerously unsteady (tilted back and forth. The handicap room was not that bad for my husband but it was not an accessible shower, just one grab bar, and toilet was not raised.

The floor was slick so was a big risk for him. We had to use all of our towells to mop up the water on the floor. Since housekeeping only services the room every other day, I had to go downstairs to ask for more towells. The trash cans are very small so ours were running over. The front desk employee was super nice and helpful. Plenty of handicap parking

How clean it was That my room date wasn't changed. I got there at 2:45 didn't get in my room until 5:30. The young lady at the front desk gave me a hard time.

We stay here every year on our road trip from Michigan to Texas! There’s a reason why we keep coming back every year! It’s reasonably priced, it’s clean, it’s safe… and the renovations look great. We’ll be back.

The room was nice, the staff was very helpful and the bar was cute. Looking forward to using this hotel again
