Best Western Plus Jonesboro Inn and Suites

staff very friendly

Home was well stocked with things needed. Kitchen pointed with cooking needs. Nicely decorated. Ants.

Breakfast The air didn't work that well

The atmosphere and the people Everything was good.

The atmosphere and the people. Everything is fine every time I stay.

I bought a group of 4 girls to stay there for their State golf tournament at Sage Meadows. When we got off the elevator, the hallway smelled like weed so strong it made my girls sick. The rooms were alright except for one. The carpet was coming up off the floor, the walls had dirt and grime caked in multiple spots and there was paint peeling off the walls. The bathrooms were alright but could have used a deep clean on the grout. Two of the three rooms we booked had roaches that were killed while we were there.

Elevator didn’t work. Shower rod about pulled out of wall. Shower curtain would not stay closed. Room smelt like someone had smoked in it

Clean and staff friendly. Good neighborhood Bathroom was outdated. Paint peeling in sitting area of my room

Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.

This was a first time I stayed in this hotel. This was a decent stay.

The location The housekeeper was unconcerned

Everything. I'm simple and I'm easy to please in most cases. Construction but they are making it better.
