The room is was clean, but definitely worn. The bed was so-so. Just a sheet and a thin cover. The elevator was out of service, and the single luggage cart was falling apart and had the top tied together.

The front desk staff were all very sweet and friendly. This property is super outdated. When you walk in the entire hotel smells like marijuana. It doesn’t personally bother me, but I know it’s not for everyone, as my partner didn’t care for that. The hotel lobby elevator was down. Things happen, but bummer… it looked really pretty. The hotel hasn’t invested money back into itself in a long time you can tell. It has potential to be amazing, but really is missing the point of hospitality. When I walked into the room I was pleasantly surprised about the size of the room. Again very outdated. A little office living area when you walk in was nice but no tv and just a tv stand with a cable popping out of it? The couch was very very old… not the most comfortable but thank for giving a place to sit nonetheless. Lots off lamps and furniture pieces. There’s like 10 Chanel’s and the tv makes everything look like it’s from the 90’s. Weirdly kind of liked that, but I know others won’t. The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and mismatched and slick. The shower curtain was stung up missing some loops. There was some drywall missing around the light switch. Stickers from a time period left on some of the furniture and glitter or glitter glue on the carpet.The curtain in the bed area was a bit detached. There was no comforter? What?! This is my biggest complaint! Why am I sleeping with just a sham? Weird flex. I can easily say I won’t be staying again until some massive updates to the property happen. It is a decent stay for the value but don’t expect much.

The location is very nice because it's right.Where everything is. There was a roach on the wall. We couldn't get the room door to lock when we would live. It was hot because there was no air on when we first came into the hotel. And the elevators didn't work , so we had to go up and down the stairs. It had a broken ironing board that kept falling over. Lots of cracks.

Grasshoppers everywhere, had to move rooms because bugs flying around in room. No elevator constantly walking up flights of stairs.

The ac worked good The blankets had burn holes, the room didnt look very clean, the plumbing was messed up.

Location I booked a non smoking room and was put in a room that smelled so much like smoke, I became asthmatic. I got moved to a room on the second floor, elevator was out but the room smelled like marijuana rather than smoke. It was hardly clean, although the bed was. It wasn’t restocked with washcloths, etc. Walls were dirty, floors were dirty… I won’t be staying there again.

Felt like I walked into the start of a scary movie right from the lobby. Room was a disaster. Smelled terrible and discovered why: a literal mess in the toilet. Demanded a refund and got a room elsewhere.

Hotel was dirty, room was in disarray,and killed a cockroach in the room. Ended up not staying there. Would not recommend staying there.Hotel has not been maintained for quite awhile.

I liked there was a double room situation with a front room area and a door that closes that part off. Beds were comfortable. No glass plate in microwave, room was pretty nasty. There was like Sheetrock powered all by the window and spaces I can kinda see in the wall.. my door key didn’t work for whatever reason. If I left when I came back I had to get the employee behind the desk to unlock my door EVERYTIME! I would have to wait for them to be done talking and checking in people just to get in my room.

The room was horrible. The air conditioner did not work and was leaking water. The lights didn’t work at all in the room. There was no room phone. The carpets were stained and dirty. The furniture was chipped and missing drawers. The hallway air conditioner did not work. The elevator did not work. I was given a double bed instead of a queen, which I reserved. I informed the worker of the issues and she said there was nothing she could do about it and wouldn’t change my room. This is ridiculous. I want a refund.
