Very nice staff and clean room and community areas. The best buffet breakfast I have had anywhere. I left a very expensive pillow and Ashley kept it safely stored until I could go back to get it.

Great breakfast in the morning. Very clean hotel well kept. Really nice staff. Front desk employees were making comments about people when they were walking in. Was unprofessional. Also seeing a couple of them on their personal phones.

How the negative: There were three significant maintenance issue with the room: 1. the desk chair had a loose arm and was loose on its base column. 2. the switch was missing from the left side bed lamp So, no way to turn it on or off. 3. this was kinda scary: there were two sketchy electrical patch connections going from the outlet to the floor lamp that would make an electrician scream. They were exposed. A child could easily have gotten shocked if he/she had fooled with it.

The property was nice. It’s pretty new well maintained inside. The room was nice. The beds were very firm. I tried to check out about 515 in the morning. The staff member there could not do anything. I still do not have a copy of my receipt. I do not have the $50 fee having been refunded everything I ask him to do he said well I can’t do it right now. Let’s face it, at 5 o’clock in the morning there’s not a line so he just chose not to be helpful.

Bed was comfortable- pillows are folded into squares which made it hard to flatten for sleep. Hot tub jets did not work and felt like sitting in a warm bathtub. Phone for emergency in pool area did not work and the air return vent was disgustingly rusted and dirty. Could not communicate with maid staff… did not speak any English - did not provide room service as requested one day and tried to rush us out early the day of checkout. Breakfast had good assortment of hot and cold items but understaffed and single worker could not keep up with all she had to do.

Quiet, comfortable, clean room where we slept very well.

Nine of us on a motorcycle trip riding the mountain roads of Colorado. Beautiful time while there and hotel provided a very comfortable bed to rest for the next day of riding. Nothing - all great!

Breakfast good, location good We extended our stay by a day, they picked up dirty laundry, but didn’t leave replacements, picked up our coffee cups, but didn’t restock coffee pot or give us new cups.

Staff was exceptional. Tom. Was very nice however carpets needed cleaning. Put on pair of white socks after shower walked into room to put on shoes and sole of foot was filthy. Advised desk, very helpful.

As a swimmer, I was very happy with the pool. It was well maintained, and the hot tub was clean. The overall stay was peaceful. I was there because a loved one was at the local medical center. The staff was kind and pleasant. The breakfast was hot and nutritious. Thanks

So clean, comfortable beds and room, spacious room, polite staff, wonderful breakfast, very clean! I liked it all
