Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Loveland

Great Location , Excellent view of the mountains, easy access by car, close to Shopping, restaurants, Gas Etc.. Breakfast was good and there was variety. Staff kept all Areas Clean. Bed was nice. Ample parking although crowded. Pool Area was nice, although small. there are nice areas to hang out. Argelia was very helpful in the Breakfast Area we were there 6 days and only had decaf for 2 of those days. the 1st few days needed to prod the breakfast area employee to replenish the Food, but the last few days Argelia was right on it never had to ask , she was right there doing it. Staff had different answers for things- we were told rooms were cleaned every other day, but then when it had not been cleaned Staff stated, no we do it when asked. so? there was no lotion in the in room, or to fill lotion. they ran out of Decaf for breakfast, and I guess used the room packets for breakfast area because there were no Decaf to make in rooms either. there were some dried blood or something spots on the comforter, although we knew it was clean it still was a bit icky. there was Hair in the pool 2 separate times , we actually fished it out with the net. the Hot tub Jets were pathetic.

It was a nice stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Needed a blow dryer and they brought one to my room ASAP. Hall way rug could have used a cleaning. Deffinetly a could value for your $$$.

There was so much noise from either sides of the room. Was able to hear all the laughter and voices from beside rooms till late night which disturbed my sleep.

We've been staying here since it's opening, property is in need of an update on it's hallway carpet. The clientele seems to be getting a little worse,breakfast used to have more of a variety each day,this stay was the same thing each day. We were there for a week and the room was only cleaned twice

We’ve stayed before, and I feel like quality/upkeep of the property has gone down but for price it was still good

Greeted with smiles and courtesy at check in. Also very responsive when different room requested as toilet seat broken in original room. Nice breakfast -

The lights and telephone in our room were not working so they moved us to another room. The body wash in the shower was empty and we thought housekeeping would refill it. We didn't get any housekeeping service at all so we had to go to the lobby and get one from reception. It should not have been empty in the first place.

Microwave in my room didn't work

The room itself was really nice but the fridge froze my food and the freezer turned my ice cream into a brick. So I had to leave my food out to thaw before I ate it. Additionally, when I tried to use the fitness center, it was literally 90 degrees inside of it, the staff member said they were trying to fix the temperature, but it would have been nice to know it wasn’t working before I got all ready to work out. The pool was gross, it had dirt/gunk caked around the inside of some of it just where the water hits it and there was a big clump of hair on the bottom of the pool, and the water was pretty cold. The location is good, close to lots of stores and restaurants but I did not feel like I got what I paid for.

Decent location near plenty of shopping and dining, and easy access to the interstate. Building looks good enough from the outside

Great property but there was an issue with hot water.

Everyone was fantastic! Highly recommend this hotel and if you are needing a home away from home.

Clean room. Great staff. Tasteless protein options for breakfast. Overflow trash.

Exceptional

To pay for a room with those amenities and not have them work I feel robbed by this place.
