Everything was amazing with this hotel. It started with outstanding customer service to outstanding hotel room. A+ across the board.
-
Room was very clean, also the facilities as well. Actually had no issues, and I always manage to get on the first floor, which I liked.
-
Property literally covered in trash, 24 hours a day. Dirty diapers outside of the elevator. A/C, dishwasher, ice machine broken

Very nice facility. Everyone there was nice and personable. Fire alarm going off multiple times and being outside until it was sorted at 1230-1 am.

On arrival was informed about a Broken pipe so no hot water. It was pate and i was tired so checked in anyway. Checked out early the next am- was told I should get my 2nd night booking refunded. Later gat email saying no refund. Stay somewhere else that atleast has complementary breakfast for same price.

Staff did not accommodate for water system issues. The room’s floor was moist and wet upon arrival. The water for freezing cold.

Location No hot water.. broken pipes for days
-
I did like the quietness no disturbance at all 1st night no hot water was not so good at all. A cold shower on a mini vacation is wild but it’s ok.

kitchen in the room, free laundry and location They did not clean my room and I stayed there for more than 30 days

The property is covered in trash, and is under constant construction. The parking lot drains are clogged, so the cars are always under six inches of water. People leave dirty diapers by the elevators. Nobody services the rooms. You must book over two weeks to have your room cleaned once. The staff is always looking for a fight. They are aggressive and abrasive, and threaten to call the police to have you removed if you complain about an issue. This property is run like a prison and not like a hotel. It’s so bizarre.
