The property was okay.

Overall the property needs some work, but the staff at the front desk and bar were wonderfully helpful. None of the ice machines work, but there was no signage saying so and I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the last year and a half and they haven’t worked a single time I’ve stayed and it doesn’t seem that the staff will communicate that to you, but will say, “just try another floor” there are like 16 floors!! Just go to the bar to get ice! Having to pay to park is a joke when there is nothing else around that would be somewhere someone would park. There is no valet, but there are spots marked “valet.” Housekeeping likes to make LOTS of noise jabbering and laughing and vacuuming at 10p-midnight up and down the hallways, which is a practice I’ve never heard of considering I thought that guests were required to follow quiet hours. The housekeeping is very inconsistent: one day our beds weren’t made at all and only our dirty towels taken, but no fresh ones left, another day our comforters were half pulled up, towels replaced, but nothing wiped down and then one day nothing, and then finally one day everything was done and kept as it should be. Overall, VERY INCONSISTENT AND DISRUPTIVE!

Great service and clean hotel.

The hotel was very nice, everything including the rooms were clean. Pool was nice. Breakfast buffet was amazing. There was no visible clock in the room. Housekeeping was very nice and attentive. I would definitely stay there again.

Bad

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Dallas Airport! The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and easy. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was very convenient for traveling through the Dallas area. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the great service and hospitality. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Helpful staff and very clean property.

The property was clean and well maintained. Lighting outside was decent. I loved how close it was to the airport. The airplanes fly directly over this property. It was not a deal breaker as they stop flying at a certain time at night but by early morning they are back flying again lol.

Comfortable stay after a long 13 hour flight. Missed my connection so I needed a hotel brand that wouldn’t let me down. The Westin fit the bill from the Shuttle ride to the shower. The bed was super comfortable!! Great staff at check in and check out.

Stayed one night. Older rooms, low popcorn ceilings, bathroom floor had stains, room had a misty smell, carpet didn’t look clean, sofa was stained. The positives were the staff, and the shower pressure. Won’t stay again.

Clean and shuttle service best around

We enjoyed the comfortable beds and how fast the service was when we called for assistance. Only 2 things not fantastic were how tall the beds were. Comfy once you got up on it. My husband and I aren't very short. We needed a step stool. I needed a handicapped bath and 2 queen beds. Not a king bed. However staff brought me a shower chair that fit in the tub. Which was very appreciated. Our last stay here they didn't have those bath seats. So thank you!

Centrally located to where we were going. The rooftop pool was uninviting, not very attractive.

This is a great property and my room was clean and comfortable. While the breakfast buffet for $25 is a bit much for me, they had a cafe right there with many reasonable choices. I had a delicious breakfast burrito for $5 (eggs/cheese/potatoes) and a $4 muffin. They had other things and coffee. The parking is $20 a day and I did not know that. Otherwise it was a good, convenient stay!
