Comfort Suites DFW Airport

We just had a quick stay for a super early flight the next morning but it was just right for that.

Rooms were gross with mold spots. Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Shower didn’t have shower curtain and one was t provided.

The facility was spacious clean and organized. Loved the living area separated from the bedroom. However the air conditioner was noisy. Overall good for the time spent

It’s very convenient to the airport! They are really nice and helpful! I have no complaints about this place! We’ve stayed several times and the quality hasn’t gone down! They take great care of things!

breakfast doesn't start until 7am. Airport shuttle seemed to run every 1/2 hour. Good bed.

The entire hotel is outdated and not clean at all. The entire hotel smelled like canabis. For a single women traveling on business, it did not feel that safe.

The hotel was clean and presented well. The room had newer furniture, comfortable bed and very clean. However the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was terrible. It was 1 1/2 hours from the time I called the hotel for the shuttle service before they arrived. The service picks up passengers for about 6 hotels so if it is full before getting to your area, it delivers those passengers. Then the other ones have to just wait for it to return! It was late at night for me and very maddening to have to wait that long.

Great place to stay, not a lot of parking for trailer.

Do not rely on the shuttle getting you to the airport on time and do not rely on being picked up soon from the airport. I waited 1hr after before I was picked up. Several others waited more than me. One shuttle services 5 other hotel. Staff lied over and over about how much longer we would wait. Each time they said 5 more minutes.

Hotel is decent, transportation sucks! I waited with my family for 2 hours at the airport to get picked up. I just ended up using a Uber. Staff wasn’t helpful either the transportation issue, I called like 6 times and every time he said the van was around the corner, when it finally showed up it had room for 2 people and there was at least 6 people waiting in front of me.

We only stayed here for about 6-7 hours due to a rebooked flight. The hotel was fine. I don’t know how the breakfast was because we had to leave for our rescheduled flight before serving time. Our major complaint was the shuttle pickup at Dallas Fort Forth. We received instructions describing where to meet the shuttle so that is where we went. It was difficult due to construction at the airport terminal. When we called for the shuttle service we were told that was not a place we could be picked up. I got new instructions and we had to get on a bus and go somewhere else. Apparently we did not find the correct location because after waiting an hour we were not picked up and we got an Uber. Quite frustrating after a long day of flight delays.
