SpringHill Suites Irvine John Wayne Airport/Orange County

Staff, location. No pool.

Nice hotel. Clean environment. Breakfast is good. Front staff friendly. Hopefully more protein option for breakfast such chicken or turkey.

Very good

Paige (whom I thought was named Sage) and her associate were kind and sweet and no issues here whatsoever. Thank you!

One of the rolling valet carts was broke and beyond use. I informed the weekend front desk staff that it was unusable and a safety hazard. When I returned at the end of the day Sunday , they had put it back into circulation without fixing it. I had to repeat the concern to the weekday staff (Monday AM) who did have it fixed. The elevator floors were very dirty and not mopped/cleaned throughout my 5 day stay.

it was a great location / but not clean enough / fabric on the chairs were stained , rugs notr clean . we had a suit and we expected more . not clean enough / fabric on the chairs were stained , rugs notr clean . we had a suit and we expected more .

Overall, the stay was wonderful! The room was clean, the staff was attentive, the breakfast was great, and the location was close to where we needed to be. It was a great stay and I would recommend this location and would love to stay here again.

Breakfast was not well stocked, the eggs were watery and undercooked, the waffle mix was empty. There was a lot of flies inside the hotel and in the hallways. There was mold in the shower of our suite. The hallways were very hot and not well ventilated

When we first got there to check in the staff was very friendly but we noticed the dirty floors in the lobby and the elevator floor was very dirty with dirt stains and the room could use a little upgrade there were no USB connections and the room was ok I just think it needs a little TLC the fire pit was dirty trash on the floors but breakfast was good the hotel overall just needs a good maintenance the handrail on the elevator was missing it looked like it was ripped off but the price for the room was good and we travel a lot and I think this was one of the worst I stayed in
