Embassy Suites by Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport

My issue was that I was told by the person at the desk that the ac froze over due to me turning the air down. Turning the air down doesn’t cause the unit to freeze over. What does cause this is poor maintenance or the unit leaking Freon. My two coworkers put their air all the way down and had no issues. But it was my fault the ac froze over.

Disappointing is the how I would summarize it. At these prices per night I'd expect more and better, especially from Embassy suites. Room looks nice, but once you actually get on the bed, or sit on the sofa, you quickly realize this is no better than motel quality furniture. Mattress is pretty terrible, sags right under you, as if they competed to purchase the cheapest and least comfortable beds. What are they thinking? Same thing for the couches, extremely uncomfortable and just poor quality. for some reason they put 2 giant TVs in the room, spending the money on the wrong thing, instead of actually making your customers satisfied with a comfortable night's sleep. Just shaking my head. Choosing something else next time.

Friendly staff, clean large room and easy parking

The room, the breakfast, the reception. Everything was really good.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious. The rooms are well-designed and updated. The breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and would give it a perfect score of 5 stars.

Stay was amazing I only wish you guys had a jacuzzi.

Breakfast was excellent and very fresh

Very good

I absolutely love the layout of this property. Living room area and separate sleeping area just like a small apartment. Very quiet, very clean, great breakfast, and social hour drinks. What I don’t like about this property is the paying for parking. They have you pay to park in the garage and it very tight not to mention trash thrown on the ground and people sitting in their vehicles smoking dope.

Any next stay I will not stay in a Suite. Noises just outside the Suite wass the ice machine and worse a control or compressor room for the elevators. Both serious distractions and irritating noises.

Clean, comforting felt like home away from home. The staff was amazing! Breakfast was great! Loved the stay! Definitely staying here again!
