TownePlace Suites by Marriott Huntsville

TV did not work, Jack was broken. Wouldn’t offer any discount. Terrible

Employees were very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. The front area was small and there was a patio to the left as you walked up and customers would be sitting out there talking loud and sometimes using vulgar language and that can be a turn off to your property.

The hotel was so clean & the staff was very friendly. I loved everything about the property.

Clean. Neat and great location! Great friendly staff! Comfortable beds. N:A

Staff was great, location ideal and walkable

The lobby area is nice and inviting, but our room felt a little run down. The carpet was frayed in high traffic areas, there was paint peeling in one area of the ceiling, and our room had 4 light bulbs that were out. There was no bar soap in the bathroom and 2 out of 3 dispensers in the shower did not work. Even so, Christy in guest services was tireless in her efforts to correct those issues and make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was good, and exceeded our expectations.

I had everything I needed. Staff put me in such a great mood. They were incredible and made me feel like family. Leak under the garbage disposal

Very good

The hotel needs some serious refurbishment.

Deondre, Chrissy, ReJanee, and DJ were all amazing and super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and surprised with all of the yummy snacks. Your staff set the bar high with service and kindness. They answered every question and offered superb service in whatever way we needed it. We would stay here again. Everything was fantastic !

The room was clean and the staff was nicrc

This property was in a good location and not far from Alabama A&M I didn’t like how uncomfortable the let out bed was. I also didn’t like the breakfast or the selection of coffee cream

The staff was amazing! Very friendly

Needs updating - carpet, paint, tiles.

Clean up to date convenient
