Comfort Suites Huntsville MidCity District at Research Park

The front desk host named Sandi was so much help she fixed my reservation to what I needed. I needed adjoined rooms we were traveling with 2 teen boys and it had us in 2 separate rooms not close to each other. She remembered my call to try to figure out how my reservation to. had got mixed up and was able to fix it within an hour. She had made check in so easy and worry free for me. Plus there was restaurants in walking distance. Some how we did not have a trash can or phone in our room. Plus the pool was closed for renovation.

Nothing so far..

Everything was great Nothing so far..

Staff was nice but the hotel is not up to date or very clean.

Everyone was very courteous. My card card was charged twice for the amount of 186.35, causing a financial burden, it took over a week for my card to receive a credit for the amount. Very disappointed.

The Lady attendant that checked me in really was concerned about my stay and wanted me to be comfortable. She was wonderful. Na

Superb

Staff were friendly and recommended a place close by to eat. Walking in the place was stuffy/damp. No ice/vend on my floor. Entering the room my entry light didn't work. Turned on bathroom light and sink had a drip that wouldn't stop. Turned back to the room and stains on floor, holes in wall from door knob. Electric shade and sheer didn't work so couldn't get more light. Sconces on bed were dim with reading lights shoved up in shade. Refrigerator about tipped out of cabinet when I went to open it. Popcorn ceiling was drooping with holes in it. Bed appeared to be clean but with everything else, hard not to feel itchy. I went cheap and cheap is what I got.

The staff were all so sweet & helpful

The hotel needs to be renovated inside the rooms. Breakfast was hot but not the best. The workers were friendly but some would disappear and couldn’t find them.

The issues that we came across was the lack of interest and friendliness of the front desk staff when we checked in as well as no hot water. It didn’t help that the pool was closed either.

Everything was broken and ragged
