The staff were very sweet and welcoming. The property was very clean and walkable to many things.

Elevators broke down a few times

Rooms are spaciuous and nice and kind of recently renovated. A decent gym. Breakfast at the main dining room is terrible. Ordered a simple veggies omelette but eggs were not at all fresh eggs, for sure are the ones that come in a tetrapak or type of prepared eggs.

We had a pleasant stay at The Chifley. From the check-in to check out, the staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciated being able to check in to my room a little earlier and rest. I like that this is an all suite hotel which gives a very comfortable feel away from home. Conveniently located near The Galleria. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in Houston!

Food was great. Hotel was great. Bed was comfy & clean rooms. Joshua at the restaurant was amazing

I stay in a lot of Hilton properties. Typically, Tapestries are better kept. This one takes a beating. Nice people though.

The suite with separate living/dining area was a nice feature that helped it feel like I was staying at home instead of a hotel room. The staff was helpful and checked in and I appreciated that. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was cold and the water pressure and volume was great. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel uses daylight bulbs which isn’t my preference but it’s not enough to not book here. I would bring a fire stick or Roku to watch YouTube, Netflix and Prime and would have loved having a microwave in the little counter area but appreciated the fridge, water and coffee maker. Next time I would ask for a room facing the galleria instead of the city. There was some road noise The location was great for what I needed and I enjoyed the bar downstairs. It was nice that they had live music on Wednesday nights too.

The Chifley is a very nice modern hotel. My new favorite weekend spot!

The daily cleaning of my room was very nice. All of the staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast and Happy hour is nice to have in the Hotel.

There was a Cockroach in our room and I told reception about - he didn't apologize or offer anything back, just told us he would let housekeeping know to clean it for the next guest!

Staff is friendly and very accommodating! The hotel is nice; it is clean and a prime location. I will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay. Right location, clean, quit, good amenities, friendly staff. The room suire was awesome, more than enough space and clean. Will stay here for our future stays in Houston.

Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Bed was a little more firm than I like but still comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good!

It was a nice stay. The room was big enough for a family of 5. The area was clean and the staff was friendly and approachable. This hotel is less than a block from the mall and your right of the hwy

Clean room. Expensive parking though.

The room was small for a suite but nice. I did the notice the walls were dirty and scuffed. House keeping was very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good but pricey. Overall the menu at the Rouse restaurant was overpriced. We did have a problem in the dinning room. The managers Dane, Simone, and Kevin were great at correcting the issue. Angela Reyes at the front desk was wonderful. Very kind helpful.
