Smelled awful, room filthy, I asked for an extra blanket the young lady brought me a dirty, smelly blanket that looked and smelled like it came from dirty linen. I checked out the same night. The online picture off the the room deceiving,

This is an older hotel that has not been updated but they do keep it clean. *There is no breakfast currently or for the foreseeable future.* This was a major disappointment for my trip as well as an unexpected expense. The parking lot is mostly gated, so it offers a little bit of a sense of Security, but given the area and being right off the freeway, it’s definitely a stay aware of your surroundings and don’t leave anything in your car kind of place. The air-conditioning unit is so loud you can barely have a conversation. The same can be said of the shower with its whistling and rattling, but incredibly low water pressure. My provided hairdryer had no heat in it and so when I turned it into the downstairs staff, I was given a replacement quickly and politely. Other than that, everything in the room worked and were clean and nothing was broken. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. This is not a luxury stay. So for a place to sleep and shower it’s fine. There is nothing spectacular or awful about it. Essentially it’s pretty forgettable.

It was quiet. On room 225 on the corner by the window and desk there is a massive hole that covered by carpet. I fell and hard and have bad bruising . You can tell there is a hole because the carpet is covering .

can not answer because we were unable to stay we travel with a pet so the first thing i check to see if the motel accepts pets. i checked the info online and saw that in the list that this location was pet friendly. when we arrived for check in we were denied because we had a pet. needless to say after staying in la quinta for over 40 years i was very disappointed. so their info needs to be updated to inform people that they are not pet friendly. we traveled to houston to attend a funeral. needless to say this added extra stress to an already stressful situation

The signage for the hotel was horrible. We and the Uber driver had difficulty finding the entrance due to no signs. Walking in to the hotel, the smell was weird. It was there every time we came and went. There was no continental breakfast available as was promised upon booking. The room smelled horrible when we first got there. We opened the window to help air it out. The shower head barely worked. The carpet had paint stains and so did the fabric on the chair. On the good side, the bed was comfortable. Would I stay here again, no. Did it serve its purpose? For sleeping yes for breakfast, no. It did stay really cold in the room.

The price, the pool, the fitness center. It was nice to stretch our legs after a long 3 hour drive. There is this smell that it's hard to place. I got there and their wasn't a breakfast offered even though it was part of the price of my room. I asked if it was possible to get that reimbursed. They said "no" because the company decided they would do it that weekend. The room had dead bugs beside the toliet, the items in the room weren't well kept. The desk chair was peeling in the center. The drawers of the dresser wouldn't stay closed.

Beds were comfortable. NO Breakfast! I booked here because of the breakfast and didn't have one!!! Did not even offer other options nor give discount! Could have offered cold options but nothing!! I won't book here again. Very bad hospitality!

Hotel website and booking.com list this hotel as pet friendly (not just service animals) and upon check in the rude front desk staff stated no pets allowed for any circumstances. Denied the option to allow me to speak to a manager. No refund. The first room we were given had a large, hard stain on the comforter. Don’t want to think about that for too long. The phone and tv didn’t work, and the ironing board was missing. We went downstairs to get things fixed and we had to yell out for the attendant to come to the front from the back. She came out actively playing something on her phone. After we listed the issues with the room she transferred us to a new room. Everything was working in that room. No complaints there. The hotel has clearly been renovated recently, but poorly done. Caulking around the sinks and showers was smeared. Visible holes remained in the wall where lights fixtures had been replaced. Patches on the wall had been painted over but were clearly visible. The photos online were much better than in person. I would not stay here again. Additionally, signs inside say there is no breakfast until further notice. That wasn’t reflected in the booking. Overall poor experience.

This hotel was listed as dog and cat friendly. I was traveling with my dog for his chemotherapy treatments. We arrived at the property late, around 10:30pm, only to be told they “recently” changed policy and no longer allow pets. The front desk offered me no explanation and sent us away with an “oops, sorry.” I called hotels.com support and they informed me that the La Quinta’s information on their app was incorrect, but they couldn’t give me a refund without escalating it to a supervisor. I am extremely disappointed in the reaction from both the La Quinta staff and hotels.com. It was very much a “not my problem” attitude from the front desk and, though the phone support for hotels.com tried to be sympathetic, I’m left waiting to see if I’ll even get refunded for a room I was never allowed to enter. I obviously would never have even booked this room if I had known they weren’t pet friendly. I’ve stayed at several La Quintas in the past with no issues but I will never stay at one again, and if I can’t trust that the information hotels.com has for a property is correct, I won’t be booking through their site or app ever again either. It was extremely stressful to have to find other accommodations so last minute. I’m lucky that I was able to pay for another hotel but I am still so disappointed in this property.
