I was viciously attacked by bedbugs. The next day I had to attend a conference with welts on my face in both arms. Enough said…

They have roaches and bedbugs as well they do not have clean at all I had to do a retouch on everything and housekeeping knock they don’t read the do not disturb sign and they didn’t want to refund for the week we stayed there unfortunately never going back again

I liked how the inside of the rooms didnt reflect the outside - they were a bit nicer than anticipated. I didnt like how every night I was locked out of my room - I had to go to the front desk. The bedsheets were too small and keep rising up as well every night.

Breakfast is a joke Roaches in the bathroom made for an extremely unpleasant experience and the tvs are miniature

The property is located in good environment that safe for customers The staff are very nice people, they have very good customer service

La habitación estaba y se mantuvo sucia en los 5 días que estuvimos ahí, solo intentaban arreglar la cama, la tarjeta para entrar a la habitación no funcionaba, todos los días debía pasar a recepción, dañaron la cortina del baño y no la arreglaron, todo se mojaba. “Desayuno” muy básico.

A roof over my head for tge weekend Toilet didn't work for the first day that we arrived. We were not offered another room until the next day after the front clerk was trying to convince us to keep the room until housekeeping arrived. There were tons of roaches in our rooms. They could have had some eggs or pansausages with breakfast. The showers had only hot water, which made it impossible to take a good full shower.

The hairdryers cord being cut off at the end that for the outlet.

It was scary
