A great downtown location and beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Easily to grab an Uber right beside the hotel to go where u need to go. Perfect Hotel.

Parking is not convenient, difficult getting in/out, a/c did not cool the room and temperature could not get below 74 degree (not comfortable), shampoo despencer in show did not Work. Coffee machine in room did not work. Room 510 Quality control - inspect room to ensure everything is in order before guest arrives

The staff were super nice and helpful, specially the ladies at the breakfast service and the parking lot. The only thing it was unexpected is that you have to pay an extra for parking, and it’s expensive.

Was a good place when it was a Holiday Inn. Since the renos and name change I would highly recommend this place now. Rooms were very clean. Shower has great pressure and feels very clean. Staff were amazing when I had a delayed flight and was dealing with all that mess. Location is very walkable to the Toyota Center. Walkable to Astros games and has a train stop right up the road to get to Texans games. Breakfast was also complimentary and had good options. Highly recommend.

Good location Checked in to a unmade hotel room. No sheets on the bed and the bin was full. Took 40 minutes to check in as only one person on the desk.

Quick shot to most places downtown and super easy access to metro right out front to get around the city
