Love the area, it's clean, the people are very nice. My wife and I then stayed a couple of times here and we love. Would recommend!

Property convenience to everything was great , but I do have some concerns when it comes to the actually hotel in itself .. the hotel doesn’t off breakfast unless your paying , water was in room but you couldn’t drink it unless you wanted to pay 8 dollars for a Fiji water. Also when it came to convenience of having a microwave or fridge in your room so you wouldn’t have to go to bar and buy a drink of water it wasn’t ideal for me . I’m use to having a fridge and microwave in room . House keeping didn’t give us towels we had to go down stairs to actually get them . Also it wasn’t ideal to have me in a room where they had no more then one tissue roll readily available. I get trying to make money but for the price and the suite I paid for you would think I would have everything I needed . It could’ve been better but wasn’t too bad .

Exceptionally quiet for being in downtown.

Our stay was great. Bar staff was very nice. The only inconvenience is I requested a early check-in and I’m assuming it was not communicated to staff and there is also additional fee

I left my mouth guard in the hotel room and tried to call and locate it, but no one called me back or followed up, and I lost it.

Yes the property was nice and perfect location for all downtown events The bed and pillows wasn’t comfortable. The housekeeper did not do a good job cleaning. When I requested for refrigerator, it smells like spoil milk. When I requested towels the housekeeper used her key to enter my room without permission. Staff at the restaurant and check-in wasn’t friendly.
