Clean looked like maintenance was kept up. Staff were nice. Rm 218 Show soap try & up shower need to be clean. Bed creek's loudly when you get in and out. Not a fan for carpets in hotel rooms. Nothing major just feedback Thank you

This was the worst! The doors to the rooms do not lock properly to be secure. The A/C doesn't work and they will not disclose why the pool is not operational.

Hotel was adequate and met my needs for a convenient and cost effective overnight stay in Hollister. The morning continental breakfast was appreciated. Good value for the dollar and much better than a few of the surrounding "big name" chains.
