One of the things that makes one hotel room more convenient and efficient is a goodly number and good placement of outlets to recharge electronics. I found fewer than other hotels, less conveniently placed and several were too loose fitting to hold the plug tightly. The easily fell out. Significantly inconvenient.

Our room was clean but it lacked cups for drinking. The tissue box had only one tissue unit. The previous guest left a target paper bag inside the closet, it should have been removed. Likewise, a couple of hand sanitizer pouches were left on the nightstand next to the bed. Housekeeping needs training.

Clean, orderly, easy access, tons of parking I wasn’t aware that the housekeeping staff does a physical survey between 8 and 8:30 am to see who has their “do not disturb” sign out in order to service the rooms… because of that, the room was not serviced the whole time….

The staff at check in was great, I believe her name was Jimina. Not only was she kind checking me in, but I also got to see her interact with other people who had questions and problems and she worked with them in such a warm and receptive way. A later check out time would have been helpful, perhaps noon instead of 11. I was traveling for work and 12 is around lunchtime, so it would have been easier to leave work to check out. Instead, I had to leave a little earlier to check out, or pack up all my stuff and keep it in my car all day. Not knowing the area, I wasn't sure how safe my things would be.

The pool was closed ALL weekend, which was the main reason I booked this hotel! Also, the bed was the absolute worst!

Went to check into the hotel they pushed my check in time till 5 PM. Then room booked for two queen beds was not available. They said they were double booked after causing a fuss they gave me a room with plumbing issues. Toilet was plugged up

Clean, roomy. Breakfast adequate, a nice touch with coffee 24 hours Getting service for the room was a problem. We waited about 5 hours the first afternoon and then after requesting early service as we left to go hiking at 7.30 am no one showed up at all.
