There was bugs in our room

Hotel was not clean , front desk help was rude , had to buy my own supplies just to clean the restrooms! I would not recommend this place!

Location Food left in the microwave food left in refrigerator had to visit the front desk to get toilet paper and facial tissue as there wasn't any in the room a brown recluse spider was found in the bathroom which I killed hot food was cold at breakfast

Nothing more, nothing less. An okay experience for a quick pass through. Bed was comfortable, pillows were clumped balls, the shower was hot, the sink sputtered, the towels were thin and rough, and the staff was there.

The room was very nice and the breakfast was really good The WiFi service was bad, we couldn’t have a good connection

We came in late and lost our room. We called the hotel to tell them we were arriving late and AI answered and said we didn’t need to let anyone know. We had to rebook a room and we paid full price, $98, for 3 hours of sleep. Never got a chance to talk to a human

Breakfast was lacking fruit, yogurt and juice. Staff was good, room needed maintenance and cleaning. Tub qas heavily scaled, peeling inside, snd dirty. Towels and floor carpet stained. Freezer was so heavily frosted door would not shut.

The first room given to us was not cleaned. Dirty sheet and beer cans everywhere. Second room there were dead bugs on the floor and in the bathroom. It was evident the bathtub had not been cleaned. We would have gone elsewhere to stay but had already been charged. We will never be staying there again.

Property is worn down. Room was dirty. Saw bugs in our room and the lobby.

Bathrooms are poor shape, ac was weak, and dead cockroaches throughout the room, and overpriced for the condition of it.

Rarely say this but DO NOT stay here, To start our stay...we arrived with a sign at the desk saying temporarily unavailable, Approx 10 min later the worker walked in carrying a pizza, we were not the only ones waiting at this point. We checked and went to our room, ice machine in the hall was broken, (sign saying there was an alternative one somewhere) pool was closed - which looked beautiful on the website, pretty sure had not been open in a long time, air conditioner in the room worked on and off, sink had rust in it, shower had green soap residual from a prior guest (we did not use). Sheet was on inside out, hoping that was an error and it hadn't just been flipped over. Breakfast was basically nothing. The grounds had high grass and tall weeds. About a half a roll of toilet paper and the kleenex box was empty.

I was initially impressed at first by the room set up and the fact the room had no odor at all. Once I turned the air condition on the room began to have a smell. Every time I went to the bathroom at night, I would see roaches and not the same ones. I killed any I saw but more came out. Also, Hays use to be a sundown town and feels a little like that still. The bathroom needs remodeling especially the tub where the surfaces were rough and the grout dirty.

The door to the outside of the room had a large gap at the bottom, there was grass all blowing into the room. Bugs all over the floor (both dead and alive). Bathroom needed better cleaning, lots of hair. Won’t be back!

Needs cleaning in the rooms and breakfast was missing a lot of main things (cold and hot water, tea, juice, fruit, salt…) Staff was friendly FYI, pool is closed

Location gave nice access to area restaurants. That's about it. There was an air gap around the door letting in flies all night. The A/C was off and took hours to cool the room down. I stood at the front desk for nearly 30 minutes before someone came out. Yes, after ringing the bell. When he did come out he took two phone calls before he'd take my name. Was rude and dismissive when he finally did.
