for an upscae hotel the breakfast was a minimal. I opened a carton of milk that had gone sour. When I informed the staff I was told "It cant be sour, it is not expired" In truth, it was one day from being expired. I wsa aghast the staff seemed to be disputing my report and made no effort to ensure another guest would not have the same expreience.

Clean and well maintained hotel. Rooms were fine with the exception of the microwave clock being overly bright at night (needed to cover it up so it wasn’t directly shining into my face in the bed) and the shower was almost too high pressured…there was no door to close and the floor got pretty wet. Minor inconveniences for a stay that was overall comfortable.

This is a great hotel in an unexpected location. The rooms are clean, quiet and new.

Dirty cleaning rag was left on the rack where the towels go pillows were very uncomfortable felt like sandpaper other than those two things everything else was great staff was good kitchen amenities were good repairs over wall looked good everything was functional didn't get to experience breakfast this time I'm sure it was quality as last time I was there.

10/10 would stay again. So clean and the pillows were great. Our only complaint was there is no ice machine because the rooms have ice cube trays in the freezer. We were not there long enough to allow time to freeze any, however.
