Good location, good breakfast, gym and pool facilities Extremely disappointing experience with the staff. The reception staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They showed no willingness whatsoever to explain anything properly or provide even basic assistance. Their attitude was unnecessarily hostile and made what should have been a straightforward experience extremely frustrating. Unfortunately, the poor customer service continued at breakfast, where the staff were also rude and unwelcoming. There seemed to be a complete lack of basic courtesy, professionalism, and willingness to help throughout the stay. Reception is the first point of contact, and breakfast staff are an important part of the guest experience—both fell well below acceptable standards. Management seriously needs to address the attitude and professionalism of the staff. Customers should not have to put up with rude, dismissive treatment when simply asking for help or trying to enjoy their stay.

The hotel is quote dated and there were signs of wear and tear in the common areas and in our room wherever we looked.

Check in was handled efficiently and courteously. The hotel is quote dated and there were signs of wear and tear in the common areas and in our room wherever we looked.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and quiet. Property was clean, secure, and well maintained.

Would not give me a late check out when I didn't check in until 2am

Our room was near the elevator, so we heard it overnight a few times.
