Best Western Plus Atlanta Airport-East

The hotel was clean & staff were very nice. We were lucky to get a room due to airport flights cancelled. Beds were comfortable. And Having ihop right next door was a plus. Free shuttle to airport was nice too.

Everything was wonderful

It is in an ideal location for going to the international airport.

It was ok. Noise

Clean room, nice and friendly staff

This place is staffed by some of the kindest people you'll ever meet. The property itself is fine, a nice version of what you'd expect from an airport-adjacent hotel. Very clean and the rooms are comfortable. The complementary breakfast is more extensive than expected. All in all this seems like a place that should exist only to serve a purpose, but ends up feeling inexplicably cozy. The parking was a little confusing at first. You have to use your room card to access the lot, but there's no clear place to leave your car while checking in.

Big clean room with a balcony. Good location with an IHOP right next door. I had zero issues.

The room was clean and the location was convenient for us. The breakfast was lacking and below average. The area/landscaping around the building was below average. The front door actually faces side/back of an IHOP that just looked shabby and forgotten. Pool closed the day after Labor Day, even though the weather did not warrant it. A large group of women checking in for a birthday. They were very disappointed to hear that they had three hours to jump into the pool after check-in.

Staff very friendly Na
