Spark by Hilton Hamburg

We were able to have a small get together in the breakfast area the night before the Bills game. The staff even offered to help us move a few tables. We will stay there in the future!

Spark was a great place to stay! The staff was very nice and came right outside to help us when we arrived with where we could park because we had a large vehicle. Every single staff member we encountered was helpful and very nice, we only stayed one night to sleep for a long travel we were on and they asked us a couple of times if we needed anything else. They also text after check in and let you know you can text there for anything you need. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, shower was nice, free breakfast and easy to go in and out of the hotel. We will stay there again on our way home too!

Room was clean and well maintained.

Facility was clean and the staff at the checkin counter was very helpful. I appreciated the gift of water when I checked in. My only complaint is there was an odor of pot permeating my room when I arrived. I don't know if it was the whole building or just my section of the hotel.

We came for the Bills game and it was close to the stadium. Will stay here again when we are back for another game.

Requests to the front desk were ignored (we needed toilet paper), breakfast was great, water was only warm after 3 minutes with the tap on while hot water is about a 4 minute wait, the elevator makes crazy sounds and feels rickety (so if you already don't like elevators, avoid!)

Room was nice.

We could not fall asleep as the air conditioner made a terrible noise every time it turned on. We asked to have room switched. We were told there were no other rooms available but that we would receive a 20% discount on the room. What else could we do at 9:00 at night after a long day of travel. Well...they charged us the full rate. Did not receive the discount. The breakfast was all carbs. Nothing of substance. It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for getting around. I would recommend this hotel to other travelers and would stay here again.

Nice quiet clean room.

We booked this room for a Bills game as it is fairly close too the stadium. We weren’t sure what to expect when we pulled up, but we were happy with the cleanliness of the lobby and our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There were plenty of choices for restaurants close by. You should not hesitate to stay here.

Quick overnight for work was perfect

Very clean comfortable beds. The only downside is the handicap room the bathroom is handicap accessible, but beds are very low to ground and not a lot of room to move around with a wheelchair in the room itself. Staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Guy at front desk, ( ponytail guy), was awesome, nice and helpful upon checking in and throughout. Unfortunately, did not catch his name.

Excellent hotel. Room and facilities were immaculate!

No clock or microwave in the room, and the sheets are not good quality. Very clean tho.

Clean and comfortable and quiet. No frills but great for passing through the area.
