No free coffee or breakfast. You have to pay for everything.

I thought they had free breakfast, but they didn't. The food prices were a bit expensive. But all in all it was nice.

The staff was wonderful.

No free breakfast

Most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Some staff members felt as if they were being put out. The grounds were pretty clean. Our room was clean. However it smelled as if someone dropped a bottle of strong men’s cologne. It was not very comfortable having to breathe the air. Of course they were booked and really didn’t offer any type of room change or any other type of remedy which was very disappointing. No type of breakfast offered and the coffee was cold and weak.

My room was alright but not particularly cozy. Then when I woke up the next morning there were ants crawling all over the desk/vanity area beneath the television. When I went to inform the management they sent a maintenance guy up with a bug sprayer and he was going to spray chemicals while I was still occupying the room until I protested and stopped him. They ended up refunded my stay.

The Hotel was clean and well placed. The pool was closed for maintenance and the bistro in the am was a total wreck. Staff maybe did not show for work but wait time was ridiculous and seemed very chaotic. We asked for a refund rather than wait longer than 25 minutes for a bagel. The manager did call me later and gave a refund which was very appreciated.

The cafe staff was very nice and helpful. Both nights of my stay, there was nowhere to park. Had to park illegally on the curb. When I brought it to the attention of the desk clerk, she offered no resolution.

This is a decent hotel. The issue we experienced was that our room thermostat did not work. The only employee on duty was at the front desk during a Holiday weekend. However, we figured out how to turn on the fan manually. It appears this hotel is understaffed. The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as possible.

The most gracious and courteous young man checked me in as well as out. Very impressive. A future leader.

Absolutely nothing The staff is rude and unhelpful. My reservation was cancelled because the hotel overbooked. While they did rebook me elsewhere it was at an inferior hotel 25 miles from the rest of my party staying at this hotel and I had no transportation since the other 4 people I drove with were not rebooked. They also gave away the room another in my party had booked so two people had to sleep on the floor.
