Very well lit parking lot Very strong smell of cigarettes in the entire property, even though signs were posted no smoking. Elevator was not working. Bed was supposed to be a queen, was a full. Rooms were very small.
-
The place was at least pleasantly staffed.
-
We found the hair drier cord wires was bare and unplugged. The desk attendant was very helpfull and gave us a portable hair drier to use. Other than that every thing was good a good stay.

I booked this hotel for one night. Checked in at 3:30 and left before 10pm because I found bed bugs in my room. So I didn't sleep here or get to enjoy my stay. When I went to check out I didn't see anyone at the front desk to help me with the situation so I left. I tried reaching out to customer support through booking.com where I booked my stay and also through the quality inn website. And no one responded or helped me with this issue. Also during my stay, the elevator was broken. The stairways were not clean. Definitely not worth the 171$ that I paid for one night that turned into a few hours

EXCELLANT
-
The elevator was broken. The carpets were dirty and there was a strange smell. The first room I was given had a broken facet in tub and water was running out smelled of mold. The next room I was given was dark as most of the lightbulbs were out. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands. Although it was no smoking and no pet facility it smelled musty/moldy. The breakfast was cold, and didn’t appear to have anyone checking on it. If I could have gotten my money back I would have left after entering the first room. The room was hot and air conditioner didn’t seem to be working correctly.

The location of the property was very good, good access to all parts of the city and amenities. But the building was not maintained well, elevators were not working and trash cans were overflowing. Breakfast was minimal and the same thing four days in a row. A/c's were loud and either too hot or too cold. House keeping was decent but nothing exceptional. Staff was friendly, but it looked like some of them brought their kids to the location and they ran freely through the building. Will not stay their again.

The breakfast selection was terrible. The worst selection I’ve ever been offered at a hotel. There was no jelly for the toast, and no decaf tea. That is all my grandmother ever eats for breakfast. The location was good. The breakfast was terrible. The room had a musty smell, the room door stuck and was almost impossible to get it to open. The staff was very unprofessional- swearing while checking us in and asked me to marry him. The light in the bathroom was constantly flickering. Will never stay here again.

I thought the hotel did not live up to my expectations based on the reviews
-
Dirty, moldy, other guests that needed to be removed but management let them stay after several complaints, breakfast wasn’t edible .

Ok

Breakfast was the only thing that made our stay worthwhile. My wife and I will never return there because we have never been in a smaller room than this one. Disgusting carpeting.
-
The tub made noises when you moved in the shower. It felt like their was nothing solid under the floor. The sink surround was to big for the bathroom. It made sitting on the toilet uncomfortable

The staff were fine, but the place stinks so much like antiseptic I have to guess it’s covering up some bad odor. The elevator is broken so if you’re on an upper floor you have to carry your bags up the stairs. The automatic front door worked fine, but only 75% of the time: you have to stand in just the right spot to get it to open. The alternative outside doors didn’t unlock with my room key. Breakfast food was fine, a typical spread for this sort of hotel. There were other guests But not too many. So, on net if I were a super discount customer, I would be willing to pay $50-60 a night. But $110 is just too much. IMHO, with all the obvious construction material sitting in the parking lot, the owners should just bite the bullet and close for as long as it takes to spruce it up and have a grand re-opening.

The elevator was broke and it became a big inconvenience! Then they offered another room and the bathroom door was off the hinges.

Location We were put on the 3rd floor, elevators down. So after an all day event we had to take the stairs to the third floor. The fan on the ac didn’t work so it was a constant on and off all night. They claim the rooms are sound proof. It is definitely not. We heard EVERYTHING all night. The bed was hard. The lights and outlets on the left side of the bed didn’t work.

My floor was wet with the ac the staff offer me just a towel for dry a carpet ….😳
